The plain-English rules for working with us. By booking a project you agree to them.
Cyber Custom AI Video & Avatar, Inc. ("we", "us") creates custom avatars, graphics, AI video, prompt packs, stream setups and Windows PC services. We are reached through our Discord server at discord.gg/jykFaGbg73.
Every project starts with a written quote in Discord that lists the deliverables, price, timeline and number of revision rounds. A project is booked when you accept the quote and pay any deposit it lists. Work outside the quote is quoted separately before we start it.
Payment amounts and due dates are set in your quote. Final files are released once the full balance is paid. Prices are in US dollars unless the quote says otherwise.
Each quote includes a set number of revision rounds. A revision is a change to the approved concept; a new concept or a change of direction counts as new work and is quoted separately.
You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us, such as logos, photos, voice recordings and footage. Don't send material you don't own or have permission to use.
Once paid in full, you own the final delivered files and may use them for personal and commercial purposes on any platform. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to in writing before the project starts.
All work is created from scratch for your brand. We use AI tools as part of our process. We don't knowingly copy other people's characters, logos or likenesses, and we won't take on work that asks us to.
For Windows PC services you're responsible for backing up your data before work starts. We only make changes you've agreed to, and we never ask for your passwords or payment details in chat.
You're responsible for how you use delivered work on YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok and other platforms, including following their rules. Platform specs and policies can change after delivery.
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We're not liable for lost income, lost followers, account actions taken by platforms, or indirect damages.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this section shows the latest version. Booked projects stay under the terms that applied when they were booked.
Nothing directly. This site has no sign-up, no cookies of its own, and no analytics. The Custom Plan builder runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us unless you paste it into Discord yourself.
To display fonts and the 3D scene, your browser loads files from Google Fonts and Cloudflare's cdnjs. Those services receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies.
When you contact us on Discord or by email we receive your Discord username or email address, your messages, and any files you send (for example logos, photos, voice samples and footage). Discord's and Microsoft Outlook's own privacy policies also apply to those conversations.
Only to quote, create, deliver and support your project, and to keep basic business records. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Some project files may be processed by the AI and production services we use to create your work, such as voice, image and video generation tools. We only share what the project needs.
Project files are kept for up to 12 months after delivery so we can help with revisions or re-exports, then deleted. Ask us any time to delete your files sooner.
You can ask us on Discord to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we'll respond within 30 days.
Our services are for people 13 and older. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to book and pay for a project.
Custom digital work can't be resold once it's made, so refunds depend on how far the project has gone.

If we cancel a project or miss the agreed deadline by more than 14 days without your agreement, you get a full refund of anything paid for work not delivered.
If a PC service can't be completed because of an issue on our side, you aren't charged for that service.
